Exchanges & Store Credit

We offer exchanges or store credit within 14 days of delivery. This means you have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request an exchange or store credit.

To be eligible, your item must be in the original condition in which it was received — unworn, with all tags attached. Women’s bottoms and one-piece garments must have the hygiene sticker intact, as originally applied.

To initiate an exchange or store credit request, please contact our customer care team at info@laurenbentleyswim.com. Our team may request additional information to support your request, including images of the unworn garment.

Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions along with a pre-paid return shipping label. Please allow for shipping time, as well as receiving and processing time, before our team follows up.

Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Please note that we do not offer refunds at this time. Approved returns will be issued as either an exchange or store credit.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We place the highest priority on quality. In the rare event that you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@laurenbentleyswim.com so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.

EXCEPTIONS

Sale items and gift cards are final sale and are not eligible for exchange or store credit.
