Returns

We have a 21-day return policy, which means you have 21 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the original condition that you received it, unworn, with all tags attached. Women’s bottoms and one-piece garments must still have the hygiene sticker attached as originally applied by the manufacturer. 

To request a return, you can contact our customer service team at info@laurenbentleyswim.com. Please note our team may request information regarding your return request, which may include images of the unworn garment. 

Once our team approves your return, they will promptly send you return instructions with a pre-paid return shipping label, which can then be dropped off at your local courier drop-off point. Please allow shipping time, plus receiving and processing time before our team follows up.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

We place quality control at high priority, but in the off chance that you receive an item which is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so that we can evaluate and promptly solve the issue. EXCEPTIONS

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund is approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
